I cannot recommend Rob enough, he was so calm and patient with me when I was incredibly nervous. He helped me identify where I was struggling and kept working with me until I was confident and able to do it by myself. I passed first time and I couldn’t be happier to have learnt with Rob!

The most chill driving instructor 🙌 highly recommend Rob at CDT, got me through my test first time! If you’re nervous or had a bad/ off putting experience with a former instructor Rob is ideal for you, he’s so relaxed, patient, explains everything thoroughly - not just how, but also why which I really appreciated. Overall a genuinely nice guy too, easy to talk to and an absolute pleasure to have As an instructor!
The car is stunning to drive too…. Only downside is I can’t afford a car like that and I’ll miss it 🤣

Can not recommend Rob and County Driver Training enough! After attempting manual driving and sitting a few tests, I moved to automatic and will forever be glad I did. I passed my test first time today with Rob- I can’t thank you enough for teaching this 50 year old how to drive!
I was put off driving as a 17 year old and never wanted to drive, tried again to learn with a new instructor about 15 years ago and gave up.
Fast forward to this year and a friend recommended Rob so I booked lessons and gave it a try and passed! … only took me 33 years lol ?
Rob is a great instructor and everything you need him to be- patient, understanding and he never laughed at my daft questions- Rob encouraged me and has been totally supportive and even put up with me calling him ‘mean’ for making me go down narrow lanes and putting me out of my comfort zone!

I passed my test on the first attempt last week! I would highly recommend Rob to learn how to drive. He was very patient and made me feel at ease from the first lesson as I was very nervous at first. I felt like every lesson I learnt something new and keeping a log of my progress was a good incentive to improve. If you are looking to learn how to drive Rob should be you're first choice.

Passed my test first time a few months ago now! Rob was a brilliant instructor, never felt rushed when driving and felt I learnt something valuable every lesson and was not waiting time!
